In Gungnir, Alchemy is a customization option which allows to enhance weapons and create gems from the camp. There are 2 submenus in Alchemy: Weapon Enhancement and Refine.
- Weapon Enhancement
Increases the quality of weapons. It works identically to Weapon Enhancement in Knights in the Nightmare. Gems are required to enhance weapons, with the number and element depending on the weapon. An enhanced weapon is shown as “weapon name +X”, where each level increases the weapon's attack power by 5%. Weapon enhancement can fail, with success rate decreasing with weapon's level.
- Refine
Here, non-weapon items can be broken down into gems. You can preview the number and type of gems that an item can be broken down into by pressing SELECT button.
