Sprites are powerful beings that reside in Riviera. They used to serve the demons, but have been freed post-Ragnarok. These beings appear in Riviera: The Promised Land as supports/NPCs. They were entrusted with the knowledge and power of the Gods. The power of the sprites can manifest into small concentrations of energy known as Mana Wisps.
Species
There are a variety of species of Sprites. These include:
- Dryad
- Pixia
- Werecat
- Undine
- Sylph
- Fairy
- Arc
- Hobbit
- Harpuria
- Gnome
- Also a humanoid species that characters such as Fia and Lina belong to.
The village of Elendia is home to all of the species, except the Arcs, listed above. The Arcs once lived in Lacrima Castle, but were killed off (with the exception of Serene) by Malice.
